Installing MATLAB R2020b

Where is the installation files. I have get the installer but I do not where the directory of installation files is?

The installer is an executable that is a self-extracting archive. When you execute it, it creates a directory. On Windows, you are usually prompted as to where to put that, and most often it goes on the desktop. When the setup.exe inside that directory executes, it downloads the archives into that directory.

Over the last several releases, it also writes a copy of the archives into your Downloads directory in order to make it faster to reinstall.
