Error : Unable to solve the collocation equations -- a singular Jacobian encountered

Hi, I am trying to solve 4-coupled equations by BVP5c but I get the following error:

??? Error using ==> bvp5c at 267 Unable to solve the collocation equations -- a singular Jacobian encountered

I reduce the boundary condition but it didnt work.can any one help me?
