data-set classification / training and testing

hey there... I've never used MATLAB , I'm just an IT student and my instructor gave us a homework should'v been done using the MATLAB , I actually tried but it's useless since I know nothing in this field. I would ask someone's help (someone who is free) I will provide you with the homework file in case someone is really welling to do it.
