How can I calculate the inverse Hankel transform?

How can I calculate the inverse Hankel transform when I have one vector of results in spatial frequency domain and I'd like to obtain this results in cilindrical cordinates? In my situation, the numbers of terms of spatial frequency is not equal the numbers of term of radius. Please, can you help me?
