Problem with Neural fitting

I need your help... im trying to performance an analysis with the Neural Network fitting app, but when i put the Input and the target and try to modelling i have this message. I try changing the dimension of the matrix, but nothing works...

Input: 73samplesx12000variables

Target: 73 samplesx1variable (concentration)
