I have installed MATLAB for Ubuntu, but there is no .sh, .exe file etc

I have even installed the following symbolic thing:

So then, okay, I try the obvious:

well okay? so wtf? did my MATLAB installation file just not have a single document that actually runs the process?

I should also point out, when I try and install other programs now, I constantly get this error message:

Say I run the command:

sudo apt-get install r-base

This crap pops up:

Solution:

Type -> /usr/local/MATLAB/R2020b

into the package configuration box, then follow some further promps.
