How to convert 3D CNN/ 3D Resnet to C/C++

I build and train the 3D CNN / 3D Resnet using Matlab network designer, which consist from 3D convolution layer. I would like to convert it to C/C++
I check that 3D CNN based model and 3D convolution layer have not listed here https://www.mathworks.com/help/coder/ug/networks-and-layers-supported-for-c-code-generation.html
How to convert it to C/C++ ?
