matlab online works on any computer and simulink functionality

If I had Matlab and Simulink student suite 1) can I use matlab online at home and on university computers? (not simultaneously) 2) simulink works in the online version. Thank you

As far as I know, MATLAB online is not tied to a specific PC, so you can use it anywhere, but you can only use it for work permitted by your license.

Yes, Simulink is available in MATLAB online with a student license.
