Matlab Tool Not Running Problem

When you run CFD tool on the matlab, no response appears and is not executed. Is it a cpu problem or a gpu problem? It uses a laptop with a 2.0GHz quad core 10th generation Intel Core i5 processor with 16G RAM and Intel Iris Plus Graphics.
If
cpu : 2.6GHz 6core 9th generation Intel Core i7 processor max 4.5GHz Turbo Boost
gpu : AMD Radeon Pro 5300M (4GB GDDR6 memory)
Would it work if I changed it to? Also, will matlab process speed up?
