Current control resistance in Simulink

How to make current control resistance in Simulink? Resistance has two values:

1. Constant resistance (For example if current in circuit is lower than 10A, resistance have constant value - 10Ω)
2. Resistance which depends on current value in the circuit at the moment (For example if current in circuit is bigger than 10A, resistance has value 2*current value at that moment).
