App Designer Image Problem

Hi all!
I am having problems when others use my program. When I personally run my own program the image in the top right pops up correctly; however, if the program is run by someone else, it no longer works. Would anyone happen to know why this happens? Thanks

Where is the image file located? How is it loaded onto your app canvas? How have you distributed the app to others?
