"Doppler spread function or formula" or "How to make a model of Doppler Effect?".

Good evening.

I need to create a Doppler Effect model. My initial data is:

1) "sin"-signal with a frequency: f=100 Hz;

2) Carrier frequency: Fc=27e6 Hz;

3) Source speed concerning the receiver: 200 km/h;

4) Channel type: HF.

I've done a Doppler Shift, but I don't know how to make a model of Doppler Spread. Is there some kind of formula or function (for my case)?
