Command to save figures as image

I was to add a button to my GUI that when clicked, will search for any open figures, and save them as a *.emf file. I have a lot of figures, and it is not efficient saving them all one by one.

Also, my figures use colordef none which results in a black background. In order to save the figures as they are displayed, I have to go into export settings and uncheck "custom color-w" each time.

Is is possible to take care of both of these tasks with the click of a button and some commands?
