How to extract data (columns) from cell class

I'm starting working with MatLab just now, so, it may be a basic question.
My cell size is 28x4, and I want to extract and define all data avaiable. Like temperature, depth and salinity. How can I do that?
I can see all data in the 'workspace', and this is all I have until now.
data = load('filesname.mat'); %here the data is in struct form
A=data.ctd; %here the data is in cell form

hello
example below
Concatenate the contents of the 2nd row into a numeric array.
nums = [C{2,:}]
Attach A if you need more help.
save('answers.mat', 'A');
