What is the best way to use Arduino libraries to interface with the Raspberry pi ?

I have both Hardware support packages Arduino and Raspberry for simulink. There are plenty of libraries for the arduino framework available on github. There are easy to use, using the Arduino IDE. However I am doing a project based on the Rpi4, and I would like to know if there is a possibility to use these libraries.
As an example, I would like to use the thermometer BME280 from Adafruit https://github.com/adafruit/Adafruit_BME280_Library in a custom bloc (using S-Function builder I guess) together with the Raspberry Pi.
Where can I find a tutorial for this?
