how to justify our output from the classifier?

i got some values after doing perceptron classification.My application is on medical image processing.i classified the features of a normal image.my objective is to find whether the input image is affected by disease or not? how to justify it using classifier output

Does MATLAB is used in Medical field? Since we use medical image processing concept, i have this doubt and many students also have the same doub.

It is certainly used by graduate students doing research in medical imaging. Whether it has been used to build custom commercial packages for sale to, and used by, physicians, I don't know.
