Does MATLAB crashes with WINDOWS 10, 20H2 build version?

I updated WINDOW 10 into build 20H2, and there was problem in loading .mat files from hard disks.

After rebuild earlier version of windows 10, it works.

Is there any issues in window 10 build 20H2 with MATLAB 2016b?

Can you confirm if loading a MAT file causes MATLAB R2016b to crash in windows 10 20H2?
