HOW can i restart ML?

I did Home Tab -> Preferences -> General -> Java Heap Space. but i dont know how to how to restart ML thanks a lot for your help

Hit the little 'x' in the upper right corner or the red button if you're on a Mac.

You can also run:

quit

or

exit

at the command line.
