If I have
A=[1,2,3,4,5]
B=[6,7,8,9,10]
C=[1,2,3,4,5]
If there a way to call out specific position at each matrix so that:
  1. Sum first value of A and first value of B (1+6)
  2. Compare it to first value of C using if-statement (e.g. if A+B < C), increase N by 1
  3. Next, sum second value of A and second value of B (2+7)
  4. Compare it to second value of C using if-statement, similar to #2 bullet and so on
Thank you

S=A+B;
for i=1:length(S)
if S(i)<C(i)
...
end
end
