How to reset 'StartTime' in the SimulinkEnvWithAgent.m file

Hello,
my data is the timeseries dataset recorded for 1 year with the timestep of 3600s
I want to set the 'StartTime' in the range (3600*24*randi([0, 364]) and reset it before each simulation episode. I cannot use callbacks in the model parameters because it conflicts with SimulinkEnvWithAgent.m file.
Please advice how to reset StartTime in the SimulinkEnvWithAgent.m file.
