Converting Easting and Northing Cartesian Coordinates into Graphs

Hi guys,

I have a MATLAB project whcih requires I utilise the program to complete the following tasks with Easting and Northing Cartesian coordinates specific to our group:

I have the data but will keep it to myself to avoid possible plagirism as i dont want the code written for me. However, I would greatly appreciate anyone who would be able to point me in the write direction with any help, Preferably a video or a link to a page explaining the idea/concept behind the code in reference to my task.
