Creating Fuzzy Color histogram using (FIS)

I need to create a fuzzy color histogram with 15 bins: (red, orange, yellow, lime, green, spring, cyan, dodgerblue, blue, violet, magenta, pink, black, gray, white), using the fuzzy inference system.

So what is the sequence and parameters of the membership functions in the output variable.
