Can't See My Diary

So I did my homework yesterday in diary lab03 and I pull up my screen today to show my TA. I can see the commands I did the command history in the bottom right corner but I can't open my saved file of it? How do I open my diary? The commands show a diary on and end command so it's a piece by itself.

Did you turn the diary off and save it?

try renaming the file in windows from lab03 -> lab03.txt and then open it in notepad.
