Creating a universe using Bloomberg API

Hi.I did not use the Datafeed Toolbox .How do I create a universe of equities using Bloomberg API (if possible) .More precisely :

say I want to find the stocks with market capital > 1 billion ,trading volume > 10 mil USD and price > 5 USD from some specific country ,say US.

I am not sure if this kind of inquiries can be done .Many thanks
