Sample Rate of Free Space Channel

Hello everyone,

I am trying to implement a Free Space Channel into my Simulink model which operates on a frequency of 24GHz. It is here important that the signal which I transmit over the channel is phase shifted. Is the Free Space Channel able to consider the phase shift of a signal that is transmitted over the signal? And does anyone know which sample rate I should implement when I am operating on 24 GHz with a signal bandwidth of 50 MHz?
