Matlab live script example "Train DQN Agent to Balance Cart-Pole System" does not train an agent successfully

Why doesn't the matlab live script example "Train DQN Agent to Balance Cart-Pole System" reproduce the (training) results presented in the documentation executing Matlab 2019b or 2020a? The training continues for more than an hour and doesn't end in an succesfully trained agent.
