How can I find the centroid of a curve for peak detection?

The equation that I am trying to fit for the centroid is
λ_B "=" (Σ_(i=1)^N λ_i A_i)/(Σ_(i=1)^N A_i )
I am trying to find an appropriate method to fit this equation in a plot.
