MATLAB cannot find dbscan in Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox

Hi,

I've downloaded the Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox to use the dbscan function but when I call the fuction an error is thrown.

What might be causing this issue and how can I access dbscan?

I am running R2018b for academic use.
