How to generate Nodes and Elements using FE-FGM algorithm?

Can anyone help me with the generation of nodes and elements using FE-FGM algorithm which can be used as input for the ABAQUS element model data?

Could you please further elaborate on the "FE-FGM" part as to what it is used for and what matlab function you have tried for the same?
