Using MatlabEngine from Java, macOS issue?

I'm struggling for a while to use MatlabEngine from my Java app.

My app is using Java 8, Maven, and on macOS 10.15.6 (Catalina).

My MATLAB is version R2020a.

My IDE is Intellij IDEA 2020.2

I followed this guide:

And after some troubleshooting, I came across this comment (which didn't solve my issue):

The error when I'm compiling my app:

I know it somehow related to MAC SIP, but not further.

Anyone solved it before?
