Unable to retrieve data from a ClearSCADA database

I get the following error when I try to retrieve data from a ClearSCADA database - 'Driver unable to retrieve LENGTH for column number: 1'

The connection to the ODBC DSN is successful but I get the error when I run a sql query to retrieve data.

We are running Matlab 2019a on Windows server 2016. A previous post suggests switching to JDBC driver, but we have used ODBC in the past on an older version of Matlab and Windows Server.

Does anyone have advice on this error?

i have same issue, we have performed an upgrade and now i have the the error 'Driver unable to retrieve LENGTH for column number: 1'

Previous setup (OK): Windows 2008 / Matlab 2015b / ClearSCADA 2014

New setup (Not OK) : Windows 2019 / Matlab 2023a / ClearSCADA 2019 (GeoSCADA)
