3D Cone beam reconstruction for ring geometry; FDK algorithm

I need help in writing code for FDK on ring geometry i.e using equiangular rays. I can make the code for fan beam but am unable to do it for cone beam. Any help is highly appreciated. I am currently follwing J. Hseing book on priciples on computed tomography. I am using the standard shepp logan phantom.
