can't install the software

it has taken me a couple of days to install... the installer either said the key is invalid, or can't find necessary information, and need to run the file in the folder with neccessary information... and, it said that the hostid was not in the license file generated, I have to manually input it in the line of "server" in the license file, there is no such line in that file!

the installation instruction is soooo poor, it doesn't match the real situation. it was such an unhappy experience..
