how to take the value of Tm for a synchronous motor ?

I want to control the speed of the motor,by using the spwm technique we can vary the frequency but i am getting the negative pulses .As the rotor speed is constant i am getting sinusoidal pulses.could u please help me with this problem

I want to control the speed of the motor.For this i am using the spwm technique ,by changing the frequency of the pwms we control the speed,as speed is directly proportional to supply frequency .As i am using the synchronous motor there is a Tm i don't know how to calculate the mechanical torque of synchronous motor.
