How can I install genetic programming into Matlab?

Download and install the Global Optimization Toolbox.
Simple genetic algorithm code is relatively easy to write. It does not have all the sophistication of the ga function, however it will work well enough.
A File Exchange search for genetic algorithm produces 407 results.
