syntax for the delete folder in the .prj file which is used for compiled image?

I have devolped the .prj file for devolping the compiled image. I need the syntax for deleting the folder using the .prj file. I need to delete one folder , using the .prj file.

What do you mean "using the .prj file"?

You can delete a folder by simply using delete command.
