how to optimize hyper parameter in neural network

hello every body

i have a project and i should estimate a parameter by neural network in matlab.

in one problem i have two features and two outputs and in other one i have four features and two outputs.

i tried to use nntool but i dont know how can i optimize the hyper parameters or generally every important parameter to obtain the best estimation.

in my idea i should use a code to optimize the hyper parameter but i dont know how can i write this code.

i will be grateful if anyone show me a way to obtain the best possible neural network .
