Serial Port to Edit Text.

Greetings,

I a problem with reading data from the serial port to an edit text in Matlab GUI. Here's the thing, I open the serial port, I am using arduino and a temperature sensor, and read data from arduino and display it in an edit text but I dont really know how to do it. Anybody know?
