Is there on Matlab any ToolBox or function such Amelia II for R for missing values imputation?

I am trying to fill missing values on a database, I know that the function fillmissing can do different types of interpolation, but is there any function or package such "Amelia II" on R ( https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/Amelia/vignettes/amelia.pdf> )? Thank you in advance
