xpc target connection establishment problem

Hi, I am trying to boot the target computer using network booting method.In my target pc one Ethernet port is on motherboard and second Ethernet port is on PCI slot which is r8139(Real tech).i disabled Ethernet port in boot settings of "on board IO cards ".Boot priority is set first to Ethernet. In my host pc i have given all parameters with reference to XPCEXPLORE document(target ip, target driver,Network booting,compiler).I am using cross cable for Ethernet communication.When i tried to boot target PC it is not able to take kernel from PCI Ethernet card.

Can any one help for this.
