How to enter linear constraints in cftool

    I want to know, how to enter linear constraints in cftool. i.e how to fit with constraints like the function should pass through zero at some x-value, first derivative of the function at some x-value should be equal to some value.

    Is there any other command for this kind of fitting in matlab.
