How to import table from website

I am trying to import table from this website:

https://eco.mtk.nao.ac.jp/cgi-bin/koyomi/cande/horizontal_rhip_en.cgi

I want to enter dates, times, a target, longitude, latitude, and an interval. I then want to import the altitudes outputted by the website to use in a list. Any help would be great I am pretty new to matlab and not familar with working with websites in scripts.
