how to store data read from ADC block in MATLAB using TMS320F28379D in workspace

I am using Texas instrument c2000 board TMS32028379D launchpad to read analog data in matlab using ADC block in simulink. However i am not able to store the data in a MATLAB workspace or display the data in scope or display block. Can you please help me out as how is it to be done. Are there any settings to be taken care of for doing so?? I have also attached my my simulink model for reference.

Hello... Can you tell how many number of ADCs can we get.. Actually I needed 5 ADCs in 379D controller

You can log signals in the host using external mode.
