Program to copy files from one folder to another

Problem Statement:

1. Lets say I have 10 folders namly (f1, f2,....f10)
2. Each folder has multiple .csv files, but I only want to copy a particular .csv file (f1_1.csv) from that folder to a new folder namely (F1-10)
3. Repeat the steps with all the folders in step 1

Is there a way to do this?
