How do I access problem collections in MATLAB Grader?

When adding a new problem to an existing course or collection, I do not see the problem collections provided by MathWorks, I only see blank problem and Getting Started with MATLAB grader. What could be the problem?

MATLAB Grader problem collections are available to verified instructors only. Instructors can request access through Customer Support or their assigned Customer Success Engineer or Account Representative. More information about our problem collections is available here: https://www.mathworks.com/products/matlab-grader/assessment-content.html

Once you have been granted access to the problem collections, you will see tiles for each collection when adding a new problem to an existing course or collection.

These are the next steps once an instructor has been granted access to the MathWorks sample problems depicted in https://www.mathworks.com/products/matlab-grader/assessment-content.html...

1. If you're using MATLAB Grader within a Learning Management System (such as Moodle, Canvas, Sakai...), just create a new MATLAB Grader activity (if unsure how, contact your LMS admin). If you're using MATLAB Grader on its own, log in to https://grader.mathworks.com, click on "ADD COURSE", fill in the details of the course, click on "ADD ASSIGNMENT" and then click on "ADD PROBLEM".
2. Under "Sample Problems From MathWorks", choose the collection you're interested in, such as "Introduction to Programming". See screenshot below.
3. Browse through the problems in the collection and copy as many as you like to your course with the "Copy" button right next to each one. See screenshot below.

I have access to all of the collections shown in the image in the previous comment, but when I look at the collections described here:

it includes electric circuits questions. Are the electric circuit questions still available?
