how to install a downloaded toolbox?

I have download a toolbox ,but how to install it? does it need installing or is it used directly?thanks for answer!

i want to use deep learning tool box, in the Add-On Explorer it showing that installed, but i cant use any function inside that toolbox, please help me

Do you have a licence for the toolbox? Which MATLAB release are you using?
