File "rt_defines.h" does not exist

Upgraded from R2019a to R2019b. Now when generating an archive of a codegen reslut (dll, source, anything), it crashes with " File "rt_defines.h" does not exist"

Version is: MATLAB Version: 9.7.0.1319299 (R2019b) Update 5
