Imtool interactive Adjust Contrast into a function

I have a video that I want to process each frame to adjust the contrast using the number obtained from the Imtool interactive Adjust Contrast numbers obtained. I opened one frame and use the slider to obtain the desired range i.e. Window: Minimum, Maximum, Width and Center. I don't understand how I can used the Window values (min, max, width and centre) into my program to make it automated. I tried imadjust with low, high and with stretchlim but these values don't seem to relate to the interactive Adjust Contrast values. Is there a command to use the number from the imtool adjust contrast that would adjust my image accordingly? Thank you!
