[Optimization toolbox] Reannealing procedure ?

I would like to know the reannealing procedure of the simulated annealing algorithm and if it is possible to customize it...

Step 4 of the algorithm description addresses reannealing. The ReannealInterval option is, I believe, the only reannealing control.
