MOSFET block parameters from LTSpice in MATLAB

We are trying to create Inverter model in MATLAB using MOSFET. We already have the similar model in LTSPice

But we find that the output behaviour of model in matlab is different than that in LTSpice even though the components and values are similar

Due to this defference can we do the following

1. Manufacturs provide device specific LTSpice model for MOSFET. Can we do the similar in MATLAB

We now have a SPICE-Imported MOSFET block in Simscape Electrical with imported Infineon devices. Alternatively, subcircuit2ssc can be used to import SPICE netlists.
